We are very impressed with the work you put into Curriculum Marks and Statistics excel sheet. However there are one thing that should be changed just to make the info clearer. Everywhere the level/symbol/scale is from 0 to 6 instead of 1 to 7.

Debtor Notes
Good day I work on notes all the time of all the leavers files, to update the progress of court action, DFJ, Sec.65, payments made to Attorney's and progress and payments on the C-Bee files with accounts that have zero balances or learners that left.
Payment commitment not honoured on the Fease module

Handover accounts from old system

Can it not be made so that parents can upload documentation on the d6 app example: Birth certificate, ID, contract, proof of residence, etc. for us to get/see on our side as well.
Separate Fee Statements per Learner
Fee statements are currently generated per family. We require the ability to generate statements per learner, as a number of parents have requested individual statements reflecting only the fees of each child, rather than a consolidated family state
Advance Fees
When fees are received in advance it is captured for the specific year as advance fees. However, in the new year the fees are not automatically allocated to the selected year but rather moved into a suspense account where you are required to re-allocate
Fees Statement
How can you separate learner fees statements if a parent has more than 2 learners at the school? Currently statements print per family, some parents have 4 or 5 learners and they do not want to see a consolidated fees statement but rather a statement
Advance Fee Allocation
When advance fees are received, we select the specific year to which the payment must be allocated. However, when we transition into the new financial year, these payments are not automatically allocated to the selected year and are instead transferred
Sport Teams
Although we enter the learner's Sport Teams on the learner's profile, it is not visible to the parent on the Parent Portal. With d6 we are trying to limit parent queries by making sure that relevant information is visible on the Parent Portal.
Parents and Guardians in a Blended Family
In South Africa we live in a blended family setup and this a fact. Some learners have three of four Guardians because parents could be separated of divorced and a child might be living with Guardian parents. All this parents/ guardians need communication

At the moment effort ratings are linked to performance levels. However, we do not rate effort according to performance but according to the actual effort a learner puts into their work. So please create a space where effort symbols can be entered manually.

Accounts: when working on the learners that have left the school, you have to bring them back to current learners. One should be able to work on them without bringing them back. this makes so much more work. And when making them leavers again, the systen wont allow you to put in the actual date that they left

Distance from school
Hi Team I would like to know if it is possible to have some kind of an auto calculate for km's from the school based on parent 1's residential address. It becomes a bit difficult to add the distance in manually as parents do not always complete that data.
