Can you maybe hide the enrollment number on the statement.

We have thousands of payments being allocated to the wrong family, which makes parents upset if payments which are not theirs, gets credited and then taken off their accounts.

Please take into account that we are a big school with 2500 plus learners.

I have send mails/sms'e to parents explaining but to no avail!
