D6 have this amazing online application system, but you can only use it once off for your next year intake.

We supposed to be working smarter yet we still have to manually load applications for applicants that apply throughout the year.

In most public schools we are not allowed to close applications, therefore I would like you to look at an online application that we can use throughout the year, and not just for end of year for the new year.  

Public schools also need to keep waiting lists for the year, so we would need a waiting list for the current year as well.  This would be help with Admissions Administrators.
