At this stage the system on gives the Trail balance in PDF form, I need to use the data in my reporting to my SGB, if in PDF form I have to retype all data and can make mistakes.  I need this information in Excel format to manipulate the data.  This would be a great addition on the system.  At this stage I can get a year to date Trail balance in excel on the audit tool but not a monthly one -  this means I have to compare 2 months data to get 1 months information, which is tedious.
I also need a actual Balance sheet and income statement - my problem there is I have 2 companies - School and Hostel - it was on different companies on Pastel but D6 doesn't have the capacity to create 2 companies, but you guys must consider how we can split the transactions so we can create a Trail balance, Income statement and Balance sheet for both.  We need to draw them in PDF and excel.
