Ability to Change the Online Application and Data Verification Forms at school level


I am not sure if it is possible, but we would really like to be able to edit/select to remove certain questions/ fields options on the various forms (that we do not use). The parents seem to get confused if the fields are there .  We would also like to be able to edit forms eg the Data verification form; in the "After School" options  we have Casual, Full-time and Part-time as options....or the option to leave the field out?
We also don't use "Next of Kin" as , being a Primary school, we like to get 1 or 2 extra contacts for emergencies that are not the parents, so we have usually specified "Emergency contacts(Not A Parent)" otherwise they simply put their own numbers again.

On the Data Validation form, the Marital status is confusing as it just has a box with a cross and "Ander:______" next to it

The parents also get confused in the "Accountable person's information" by the "X" already in the box for Biological Parent 1 as they have sometimes filled in Parent 2 with the accountable person's information. 
We would prefer not to have "X's" in any of the boxes when sent to the parents.

Also, it would be useful for the teachers to know, in families where the children spend different days with Mum and Dad, how custody is shared. "lives with Both" doesn't give us the full picture...probably only important for Primary schools.
