ACCOUNT REFERENCE VS LEARNER INFORMATION NUMBER

Is there a possibility to "hide" the learner information number when printing statements.

Our parents gets confused between this number and the account reference number.

So when they make EFT/cell phone payments their payment gets credited onto someone else's account.

We do show them which number to use but to no avail.
