On Action Control it currently shows each line per entry.

Can it not be organised per date/per heading?

We have 15 grade tutors who enter the detentions, not all of them can see the handful of learners at the same time.  So they enter only the ones they see per time and then call the rest later in the day to carry on booking.  In doing so they have now created 2 entries for the same day. Now all grade tutors doing this is creating multiple entries for the same date.

Now, if I want to change one of those learners to a different date, I now must search ALL the entries for that date.  

One line per date/per heading with a whole bunch of learners on one list makes much more sense.  

Please look currently how our lists look - it's becoming impractical to use the system this way.
