to be able to create Secton 41 letters (and other debtor letters) directly from the system so that al the relevant information is there, eg, parents names, address, email addresess, amount due.

This would be so much easier than having to create excel spreadsheets with the info then having to create a mail merge with MS Word, then having to email or print.
