"Additional Info" field for Staff and Learners

Please could you add an additional "Additional Info" field for Staff and Learner information....There is frequently information for a particular learner/educator that we need to have available but there is not a specific field to capture it. eg if we must NOT contact a particular parent for some reason or we need to capture details for an Au Pair/Grandparent
