We are putting the full names in the preferred name space on learner information sheet.

The reason is that we want the alphabetical order on the class list to be according to the full names, the same way as on SAMS. If it is not in the same order it poses a problem when reading in the marks. 

We need you to make the description column on the statement smaller and the learner column  bigger for the names to fit in please. It is now printing the name over the month.

Please reply if this will be possible.
