Would it be possible to change the user rights so that only selected staff can print report cards. At the moment, staff need to have rights to view and change marks in order to capture their subject marks, but then they can also print the reports. 

Can an extra option be added for ability to print reports as then any form of collusion to inflate marks and reprint "better" reports would be possible.
