Mpumalanga dept of education requires schools to keep an admission register. For years, schools have captured every learner enrolled into the school in a book indicating the year the child is enrolled, from which school they arrived, the year they depart, where they go to and where the learner profile is sent.

While using SASPAC, we were able to generate such a report and then file it is a file.

D6 does not have this function and it would really assist us in moving us out of the 1st century if we do not need to do admin by hand anymore. I am attaching images of the book and the file/SASPAC report we were able to use.
