Good morning,

1. Can you please add a Data verification form for prospective Grade 1 learners that will serve as an Admissions Form.  We have captured new learners information on smart already and instead of parents completing a new form, they just verify and sign.

2. The previous smart used to have a field that you could capture that you received/sent a learner profile (also add a school requesting/school you are requesting from). This field needs to be active to also learners that have left the school.

3. As per the application form we need a check list column of documents received (see attached).

4. A field for foreign parents where we can capture permits (as per learners including their date of birth).
