Archiving of leavers must please work as in SA-SAMS. When the learner leaves, all subject and mark information is automatically archived, no need to remove subjects/move learner manually from class lists.
Archiving marks should happen for future terms also. We have a gr 12 leaving now, but she has completed the orals for the year (moderation lists are submitted in Term 2 even if last oral mark is entered in Term 3 columns as per guidelines). I cannot remove her unless I delete the mark in Term 3. Where do I keep record of this then?
