Please add options to automate the following by setting a specific time for the processes to run

1. Export to SAMS database - After export automation has been done, the user can just download the latest export from the list (especially handy for Friday Valistractor submissions)

2. Send all absentee notifications - If staff know all absentees need to be captured daily by 09:00 the system can send out all pending notices at a set time for example 10:00 

3. Send all merits / demerits notices - If a time is set for the end of the school day all parents know when to expect notices 

All 3 of the above will still be queued as per usual before being sent out so the user can still review before it being automatically sent out at the set time
