Communication with our hostel parents is vital but it becomes a cumbersome job to continually keep it updated or recreate a new hostel parents group every year.

We would like to request that a hostel parents group gets automatically generated and updated from the data in principal plus where a child is flagged as being in hostel.

This would greatly help our admin staff.
