If the out of mark could be included on the calculated mark sheet it will be of great help for educators to transfer their marks from graded scripts (for recording purposes) before entering on the marks section of D6; currently they are using the SA-SAMS mark sheets or on a class list. 

This will assist in using one format for recording, capturing and cross checking thereafter.
