Good Day.  Could the developers possibly create a function to be able to take a photo directly and not go through the process to “Upload Photo”.  I think this will be save a lot of time and make the process smoother. 

One then merely lines the learners up alphabetically per class, take a snapshot/Capture – with the external camera linked to one's laptop – and move to the next learner in that class.  Most Apps nowadays have this function to take a photo directly through the program or App. One uploads directly and not from a folder or gallery of photos.
