Is it possible to add a feature where schools that have different teachers teaching the Learning Outcomes/ Task can be allocated capturing rights per Learning Outcomes/ Task?

This would apply to the Life Skills and Social Science subjects, where different teachers teach the Personal & Social Wellbeing, the Art and the Physical Education, and in Social Science, different teachers teach the Geography and History, but they combine to form the overall subjects of Life Skills and Social Science. 

It is preferable that teacher only have access to the subjects they teach even if it is one component of the overall subject.
