1)  Automatically send to linked email addresses button:   

Reason:  TO SAVE TIME FOR THE DISCIPLINE OFFICER

Description:  The discipline letters that are generated automatically need a button that will automatically send the letters to the assigned email addresses when selected.  

Position:  1) In Action processing, per batch.  2)  Inline with the discipline letters batches list.  

2)  Visible content of email and sms messages sent to parents.

Reason:  TO SAVE TIME AND CREATE TRANSPARENCY within the school communication.

Description:  The messages and attached letters are only visible to the person who sent them out to the parents if they selected the cc option.  This HAS to change for transparency purposes.  Anyone who has the necessary rights must be able to view the content immediately.  

Position:  We can have the attachment link appear in the history list, which will take you to the specific content sent out.  

These are IMPORTANT functions as they will assist the school administration in saving time following processes and retrieving valuable information.
