Customizable Data Verification Forms
Would it be possible for the data verification forms/ re registration forms to be customizable by the school? Ideally I would like to choose exactly which fields to include & have a customizable header/footer. We recently re-issued the data forms and had to capture non required information like those mentioned by others.
Eg.
· Receives social grant
· Benefit from School nutrition programme
· Learner resides in a hostel
· Name of hostel
· Method of transport
· Vehicle registration / route
· Name of driver
· Medical Aid
