We started using the D6 in March 2019 and have also been with Stratcol for 8 years.

We have always been able to change our debit order dates in a batch when a debit order date is specifically over a weekend. 

We used to send the request via email to Stratcol and they would change all the debit order dates as a once off for that particular weekend. 

With the D6-program we have to go to every individual account Parent's account to change the dates that are over a weekend - then we have to change the dates back to the original mandate dates. This is an issue because we receive ALL our monthly income between the 28th and the 2nd. We also have to pay salaries and creditors over the same period.  Therefor when these dates are over a weekend it creates a problem and we request the debit order for the Friday before the weekend and on a long weekend on the Thursday.  Our parents sign mandates in order for this to be legal.

Is it not possible to program a function that allows us to once a month change a batch of debit order dates at once. Or at least have something where all the debit orders are listed and we just type in the dates? Even better would be that the system recognize all weekend dates and changes it to the our preferred method - either keep the weekend date or change to a different date?

Please advice - the changing en changing back of dates is very time consuming and it would really be highly appreciated if D6 can assist in an easier way to manage the debit order dates.
