We are using your detention function under booking detention under action processing.  Every 10 demerits a learners needs to be booked for detention. Once booked, they go to the Action control list (aka the waiting room).  But until they have actually attended detention, and been marked as such, they are in the background accumulating more demerits. So now the learner is booked for one detention, but accumulates demerits and now needs another 2.  But, we can’t book more until they have attended the 1st detention. We are  asking that the learner re-appears on the action processing list once they have been booked and not once they have attended.

If you look at our action processing, you will see the amount of Misc lists we have to create to have a work around.  But it is time consuming and awfully complicated and tedious to keep up to date with and causes so much frustration when is not done properly.  We have 15 Grade Tutors who require an easier way of re-booking a learner for detention.

It’s like having a problem with your tooth – your dentist says you need 3 appointments and you make all the appointments at once, with a few days in between each one. 

We are asking for the same concept.
