We have a different person in charge of each grade, responsible for demerits and thus detention. In addition, some learners are attending a first detention while other are attending a second detention on the same day.

This leads to a lot of lists to go through under action control when doing register at the detention. Is it not possible to generate composite list of all learners who will attend detention on a specific day?

If that is not possible, can we not have the date in the Action Control as the date of detention rather than the date on which the letter was issued?
