Hi,

I have seen several ideas posted for the following:

1. Generating a letter for learners who receive detention (as it currently is) as well as emailing or sms'ing a notification of the letter to parents.

2. Have a button to generate a reminder sms the day before detention that those learners will have detention the next day at a spesific time.

3. Having a place to generate a LIST of learners who are supposed to attend detention. Teachers can then do roll-call on the said paper of learners that attended detention.

Maybe 2025 is our year to get these small improvements on the detention system.
