Hi, at this stage we can only print PDF versions of the notice of transgression and detention. When done in bulk it is very cumbersome to email individual letters to parents. One has to convert the PDF to word, then separate the learners and then paste letters to mail parent. 

It would be much easier if we could have an option to email the parents, instead of only having a download a PDF version.
