At the moment effort ratings are linked to performance levels. However, we do not rate effort according to performance but according to the actual effort a learner puts into their work. So please create a space where effort symbols can be entered manually. Our philosophy is that one leaner can work exceptionally hard to get 50% for a subject and another may not do anything and still be able to get 70%. Please assist.
