Hi, 

I know it is possible to send messages either via the app or email or via SMS. I know you can also send it to all of them. 

As a rural school, some of our parents still do not have frequent access to email or don't even have smartphones but then many others do. As a cost-saving measure, I tried to send out messages via D6 or Email or SMS but then some complained because prefer to get it via the app AND email. Sigh..... This means that I now have to send all messages via d6 AND email and then manually select people to get messages via SMS. 

Is there a way to select an option where I send out 1 message via email AND d6 and then to send out the same message via SMS to all parents who have neither d6 nor email?

(PS I don't think I have ever used the word email so many times in 2 paragraphs ☺
