Is there a way for parents who have opted for email-only notifications to receive actual file attachments?
Currently, when we send PDFs, these parents receive an email notification but are forced to log into the app to view the document. We have several families (often dual-parent households) who cannot download the app due to corporate device restrictions on their phones. They want to stay informed via email but need to be able to view the PDFs directly from their inbox. Is there a workaround or setting to enable direct attachments?
