We would like an extra field by  parents information to add in what parents are skilled in doing. These skills we would like the option to search for or filter the information to be able to see what parent can help us in which skill field. For example a parent says they are able to help in being s substitute teacher even though their employment is a stay at home dad. We would then be able to filter or search through expertise and see which parent is possibly able to offer a service to the school.
