We recently started handing over the parents whom is very behind on school fees. But there is a few difficulties that needs to be cleared up. 

1 - When a child or parent comes to make a payment - Is there something that we can do to make the name pop or flash (for the handed over parent)? The $ sign does not stand out when you are in a hurry and have a line of 20+ kids standing to pay school fees at the end of the month. See attached a child that has been handed over there is no indication that the account has been handed over! I went to My School - Learners - Learners - Surname - and selected the green $ to create a receipt. 

2 - Statements: Our parents does not understand the statement at all. The handed over amount is very small at the bottom of the page. The total is the new school fees accumulating after being handed over and then we have to explain the extra fee not showing on the statement witch is the collectors fee (also payable by the parent). Could you PLEASE work on that, so we can put in the collectors fee and have a GRAND TOTAL for the parents adding up: 1 -the current school fees,2- the handed over amount and 3- the collectors fee. Because only after the handed over amount as well as the collectors fee has been paid I can reverse the journal. Our parents mostly send their children to make payments etc. They do not pay the moneys into the collectors account. Being a special school for children with special needs, most of our parents struggle to understand the procedure and statements. See attached one of our handed over parent statements
