Would it be possible to allow grades to be released in different formats according to the phase?

Our Intermediate and Senior Phase teachers prefer the grades to be displayed as a percentage (%) on the Parent Portal. However, our Foundation Phase teachers would also like to release marks, but would prefer these to be displayed as a Level rather than a percentage.

Would it be possible to make this a phase-specific setting, so that Intermediate and Senior Phase can display percentages, while Foundation Phase can display Levels?
