Please may we request that on the Learner Overview tab, that the "notes" tab gets highlighted as soon as a note has been added for the learner.
We are finding that the teachers are emailing parents without reading the sensitive information on the notes tab.
Not all learners have anything added under notes, so teachers are not in the habit of checking that tab.
If it was highlighted, or even a notification somewhere (popup?) as soon as you are on the learner overview page, then this will eliminate the error of sending without looking at the notes tab.
We are finding that there seem to be more and more parents who are requesting the other parent not to receive communication as they are either in the process of divorce, or family issues etc. We need to make teachers aware that the notes tab must be read before sending any communication to parents.
We are aware that we can remove a parent from receiving communication, but this is not what we require as we still need that parent to receive certain communications, just not all.
