We use the attached information to calculate our end of year academic awards which is based on specific requirements through the year. Having this information in a spreadsheet format per subject per grade makes it much easier to use Google sheets to calculate the top achievers through the year. The queries are already written on your side, we just need it in a csv or Google Sheet format which will make it easier for us to do calculations on the data.
