In SA-SAMS under 2.18.x is a place to record staff IQMS reports along with sign-offs from various levels. I am unsure if the department actually checks this information but as they push more and more towards digital recording of information this may become a requirement.
This is an important metric for staff development and one used by the department to validate performance. While there is a large amount of data that would need to be developed for I believe it's of benefit to have this functionality added to D6+.
