I am still on my quest to find a better way for d6 to generate a 2025  application form that is not so clumsy( like the registered learner excel sheet or activate the learner 2025 learner, copy and past the details at the magnifying glass on our letterhead etc)) when parents are using the online link to capture their applications.

I played around on the report section and found the profile request button.

It printed such an amazing "type" of application form (see current learners attached) that even has a WCED logo on- format with the columns for parents are exactly like our hard copy application form- for sure I could use this format to print and place in our files as a online application form.

Regrettably the 2025 profile request (please see attached) onlu pulls through the learner details and not the parent, etc details.

is there anyway that this can be resolved, in order for us to use the 2025 profile request as an application form?
