The Template ONLY makes PROVISION TO MERGE THE DATA OF THE IDENTITY NUMBER FIELD.  Suppose a learner is NON-SOUTH AFRICAN (OTHER). In that case, the REPORT TEMPLATE does not allow FOR THE  PASSPORT NUMBER or ANY OTHER INFORMATION linked to the LEARNER, for instance, TYPE OF PERMIT, e.g. STUDY, ASSIGLAM SEEKER etc. SUCH PERMIT NUMBER, DATE OF EXPIRY etc.

Since the development team updated the form with the POPIA, I request that the team address the issues highlighted above.  This information is essential information for schools with Foreign Learners. Not only will it assist the Secondary Schools, but also the Primary Schools.  Once the parents have signed these forms, they take note and confirming that the information is correct.
