When registering a new learner and  you use the first screen to capture the moms details (in a case of single parent/deceased father) and once you click on mother/grandmother it should stop defaulting to MR etc in the form.  On the second parent screen there should be a way to tick if there is another parent/guardian to capture so that you do not have to click on "other" in the mothers ID section for the system to accept and save the new learner.  Perhaps also have the option to capture a third screen of details in case the accountable person is not the parents.

I also suggest a way to access lists for all details (including hostel) for new learners on the waiting list instead of having to wait until the year end function has been done
