I am very grateful that this feature was added at last!

I however have a problem: We cannot use the system as is for the covid-attendance as we did not do a simple division by surname and would also like to use this function during exam times when only those who are writing, tend to attend.

Is it not possible to adjust the system in one of the following ways?

1. Enable us to select individuals per house and mark them absent with the same reason at once. Thus similar what you currently have, start of surname, but with more control.

2. If that is not possible, change the removal so that individuals can be removed. If we have the ability to add all but remove the individuals that are at school, it can be used both now in covid times and for exams.

3. If none of those can work, can the option 'not attending school due to timetable' as a reason to the normal learner absentee screen? I know that is not as per GDE, but in the exports it could be linked to a GDE reason.In the school it is important to differentiate between these learners and those who are at home for longer due to comorbidities.
