Is it possible to allow 1 user access to amend marks without having to unlock marks for all users? This would allow the person responsible for marks to make necessary marks changes, whilst still ensuring that other users cannot change marks, thus maintaining control of the marks on the system once they have been locked. This would allow the user access to change marks after Termly moderation etc.
