I have done the set-up for the online registrations for 2024. We will only be using this platform for enrolments of 2024 onwards. I just received my first completed online application, but the finalization / Approval email keeps giving an error with regards to the actually finalizing the application. The learner is an existing learner, but ultimately if you approve a duplicate application it should update the existing learners details etc. In this way you know all information etc for the following year has been updated instead of running 2 or more systems to achieve the same goal.
