A suggestion - not sure how many would use this but for our school would work wonderfully. 
To create a money book option where teachers can capture on their class lists money (cash) received from a learner with a comment of what it is for - similar to how we do receipts per register class but where they cannot capture the receipt - that will then be confirmed and finalised at the office.
