Good morning

Hope you are well.  On the online registration there is a gap when there is only one parent on the birth certificate and the parent 1 does not have contact with parent 2.  The only option is to choose parent deceased.

Can you please create option for no contact or not on birth certificate.  We cannot approve the online registration of child with no second parent.  We have to choose parent pass away and that is no true in many cases.

I will appreciate your help.
