Is it possible to implement below?

 

·         The email address and mobile phone number of Parent1 must be a mandatory field. ("None" should therefore not be an option) – CAN THIS BE DONE

 

·         Is sending out a hard copy of the online registration the only way parents can complete the undertaking and declaration? Or can we make it so the parents sign online

 

·         If Parent2 is marked as "deceased", this should not come up as an option when asking who is responsible for paying the school fees.

 

·         It is difficult to "navigate" at the end if there is outstanding information. There is no option to go directly to the end. So, the parent will scroll through all the forms to get to the end again if they are not smart enough to choose "submit" on the left. Is there a better way?

 

·         At “learner academy,” the admission year must automatically be 2025. Can we manage this field in instead of the parent? So, this field must be inactive for the parent to use

 

·         The admission term must also automatically be Term 1. Can we manage this instead of the parent? So, this field must be inactive for the parent to use

 

·         At “family Details” “Code” – can this “ Code” field be made inactive for parents to use, so that only the school can use this?
