We've recently implemented Whereabouts with linked discipline & found that not all the reasons are sufficient for our learners - mainly the late coming list. An example is late coming due to traffic. This is generally a violation on our discipline as many learners use this as an excuse. However with the riots for example there are learners that have a valid excuse of traffic. 

An option to customize the list would assist in labeling offenders only with demerits. Or if d6 could adjust the options to state valid or insubstantial next to the reasons it would assist in our records being more accurate.
