There seems to be a lot of functionality issues with the other debtors. I have seen other schools have given ideas similar to mine, three years ago already and still nothing has changed.
Please look into the below issues :
1. Subject line is only available on school side, not to our clients. There is no field where we can put the subject or order number for instance for an invoice.
2. Credit notes does not link to an actual invoice, this creates a gap for mistakes to happen.
3. When a credit note has been made out it reads PAID on you invoice summary list, instead of cancelled - BIG problem when you want to give someone an update on their project and they see invoices have been paid, when in actual fact it was cancelled.
4. There is enough space to save other debtor email addresses, but when sending out invoices and statements only one email address can be used. Can you change it that both the person responsible for the invoice and the person who needs to pay the invoice receives a copy. Especially schools usually have someone in their sport department that needs to get the invoice as well as their accounts department.
5. For schools who use the other debtor function a lot like us, it would benefit them if they can post a batch of invoices and send the batch all at once instead of one by one, posting and sending.
I feel there is a big need in updating the other debtors functionality.
