We would really appreciate an additional line item or note that may be added to a learners information to inform teachers and admin staff that one or the other parent may not be contacted, or to contact one parent first, or that a certain person may not fetch a learner. (Could even be a check box that says "Do Not Call" and another one that says "May Not Fetch") It is often the case that parents have protection orders or court orders against another parent or other similar situations, and having the information appear will prevent staff accidentally contacting the wrong person or creating a situation where the school is at fault. It could appear as a red line item on the learner overview, for example.
