The educators have a meeting with parents of selected learners at the start of each term to discuss academic concern of the learner. This is normally per subject.
At present we have to manually write a letter to each parent and indicate for which subject we need to discuss.
Can the system automatically generate and email the letter with parents names, subjects and learners names preferably on a letter head. There would need to be template that can changes (similar to sending out report cards via mail)For this to work, the educator would need to indicate under their subjects which learners they would require to see the parents for.
Once all the learners have been selected for all subject, the letter can be generator and email via D6
