A suggestion to add a password to all emailed items to parents, such as reports and registration forms. The password could be the learners ID number. This will cover schools from sending documents with sensitive information (ID, Address, Contact information etc) to the incorrect people if parents wrote down the incorrect email address, or it was captured incorrectly.
