The promise to pay is an excellent feature on the fease module , however when parents do not honour the promise to pay then manual emails/telephone calls need to be made .

If Fease could add a feature where there is a follow up action for parents who do not honour their promise to pay (perhaps in the adhoc section)

this would mean we would be able to remind parents that they did not pay after promising to pay with a  click of a button
